Roger Lehet

Roger started playing Coronet in 1974 and by 76 had taken up drums/percussion. His travels have taken him to many parts of the country with highlights such as the Kingdome sold out Seahawks half time show, the Yakima Sundome (also sold out) cage fights, the Strawberry festival, and our really cool festival parade float which was again this year the last float in the parade. From 2004-2007, Roger was in a band called Dyslexic 33 that played all over the Seattle area (Studio Seven, Phoenix Underground, El Corozon, Mercury Underground, Central Tavern and many others) with two albums to his credit.  Roger has been included in several recording studio efforts and a few of his songs ended up as music sound tracks for movies.  At this time, Roger has also taken up the 6 string and the Bass guitar, vocals and is working on the trombone. Keys will someday enter the picture and he hopes to one day play pretty much everything. Roger also teachs drum lessons, owns his own PA system with a power generator for remote gigs, as well as a full Karaoke system.  His wife Bridget is also learning to play the bass and sings in some of his endeavors. Roger would like to be more involved with Vashon players and dreams of doing things like Rez 1 Productions with outdoor concerts or to the community Karaoke parties. He’s also open to do weddings and private parties.
