“Landis has won a lot of songwriting awards, and it¹s easy to see why. She¹s great at taking a moment in time and using it to convey an emotion so strong that everyone listening will nod their heads…like a good short story…smooth vocals, like an earthy Laurie Lewis…acoustic guitar, simple bass, violin and vocals wrap lovingly around the melody…[her] standout cut is ³While Trees Fall,² a statement about our planet and what we¹re doing to it…Amen, sister, amen.” Jamie Anderson – INDIE-MUSIC.com
